Shipping and returns

Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern go out on the next business day.

Every card ships in a penny sleeve inside a rigid card mailer, so the corners arrive as sharp as they left. Larger orders are bagged together rather than split across parcels.

Rates and delivery times

Rates are per order, not per card, and are shown in full at checkout before you enter any payment details. Delivery times are the carrier's estimates from the day of dispatch, not guarantees.

Tracked shipping is free on any order over €50, everywhere we ship. The threshold is measured on the order subtotal before shipping, after any discount. Once tracked is free we stop offering the paid untracked letter, so you are never charged more for the lesser service.

Tracking

You get a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. If that email has not arrived 5 business days after your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then write to us and we will re-send it.

Customs and import charges outside the EU

Orders shipped outside the European Union can attract import duty, handling fees, and local sales tax on arrival. Those charges are set and collected by the destination country's customs authority, they are not ours, and they are payable by you as the recipient. We declare every parcel at its true value and cannot mark orders as gifts.

If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we refund the items but not the original shipping cost.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Send a photo of the card and the mailer within 14 days of delivery to hey@drkpact.com. We replace the card from the same run where one is left, and refund it in full where the run is gone. You do not pay return postage in either case, and in most cases we will not ask for the damaged card back.

Wear from play, sleeving, or shuffling is not covered. These are printed cards, and they scuff like printed cards.

Changing your mind

You have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving one. The full conditions, including the effect of withdrawal and who pays what, are set out in the terms of sale.

On top of that statutory right we accept returns for 30 days from delivery, provided the cards come back unplayed and in the sleeve they arrived in. Return postage is yours; the refund covers the item price.

To start either one, email hey@drkpact.com with your order number. You will get a return address and, for EU orders, a note of anything you need to put on the parcel. Please do not send cards back before you hear from us, so nothing goes missing in an unlabelled parcel.
